What does the “F5” or “F1” on the display mean? Is it an error code?

No, it’s not an error! F1 to F5 indicate the Fan Speed (F1 is lowest, F5 is highest). The screen automatically cycles between Temperature, Time, and Fan Speed while cooking to show the current status.

Why doesn’t the machine turn off immediately when I press power?

To completely turn off the unit, please LONG PRESS the Power button for 2-3 seconds. For safety, the fan will keep running for about 20 seconds to cool down internal parts after you turn it off or pause it.

How do I change settings (Temp/Time/Fan) while cooking?

Tap the Temp/Time, or Fan button. The number will start flashing. Adjust to your desired setting, then wait for 3 seconds. It will stop flashing and auto-confirm your changes.
