Does the “GRIND CUP” button control the amount of coffee?

The “GRIND CUP” function controls the grinding time, but cannot control the amount of water in the cup. The amount of coffee you brew is determined by the amount of water you add to the water tank.

What is the size of the machine?

What is the temperature of the brewed coffee?

Freshly brewed coffee is around 75°C (167°F), and the temperature for keeping it warm is around 73°C (163.4°F). A pro tip: use room-temperature water(68-77°F) to make it for the best flavor.

How to make a strong coffee?

1. Adjust the grinder to a finer setting – finer grounds mean a stronger taste. 2. Select the “Strong” mode on the control panel to ensure proper extraction. 3. Ensure the water amount in the tank matches the cup size selected on the panel.

Why can’t the coffee beans in the bean hopper fall into the grinder during the grinding process?

Oily dark-roast beans may stick to blades. Use light/medium roasts instead. Clean weekly: tilt machine, slide back the steel baffle in grounds compartment, and brush.
